Week 8: Go Green!

Hey Scholars!

A few weeks ago we talked about Renewable Energy. Find an ad online that is promoting an automobile comapany's "new" fuel source car and post the weblink here.

  2. This is a link for the Mercedes Benz F-Cell hydrogen electric car. Although many auto companies have talked about utilizing hydrogen to power their vehicles, Mercedes-Benz actually stepped up to the plate and made this highly successful product ( estimated 53 mpg). Expect to see it on the road in early 2012.

    This ad talks about using water (HHO gas) as a new fuel source for cars. A Hummer is being created for the U.S. military that uses water and gas.

    i guess the japanese think they have found a way to convert plastic in old cars into fuel for new ones. But after seeing that video of what japan does with computer monitors today... im not so sure

    Here is a video of the FCX Clarity. It is a hydrogen car that has zero emissions, dmoestic fuel and helps slow increase in greenhouse gases.
