Hey Scholars,
This week's topic is global climate change. The current scientific view point is that our climate is slowly warming. Prior to this current belief, there were scholars that thought we were headed for an ice age. Even movies such as The Day After Tomorrow depict this. This week we will reinforce Science's Current Perspective but for this week's post I want you to find alternate opinions on this subject. Post the link where you found your info.

One crazy way to stop climate change is to make more clouds. Big puffy clouds (Cumulus) help to decrease temperatures. In fact, NASA and Bill Gates teamed up and created machines to spray large amounts of water in the air, increasing the density and number of clouds in the sky.

Scientists say that global warming is caused by the rise of carbon dioxide and that it is not all humans.

ReplyDeleteIf global warming is occurring, then the world's ice mass would be decreasing right?
ReplyDeleteWell this is just another way to prove that global warming is a myth. The media says that the ice mass of Antarctica is decreasing. This is not true. The ice mass of Antarctica is actually increasing. The ice mass in 2010 was much larger than the ice mass in 1980. In 2010 Antarctica had 4 million square kilometers of sea ice and the concentration was 2.5 million square kilometers. In 1980 there was 3.5 million square miles of sea ice with a concentration of 2.0 million square kilometers

Earth has had the same climate regimen for the past 2 million years. The Earth experiences ice ages with warming periods in between. Just as Earth always has we will continue to get warmer until one day we will just freeze over. The question is when.
WOW! A comparison of global warming to God!? Read and listen:
